Members of
the Harrogate District Hotels and Guesthouses Association undertake:
- To provide a high standard of
courtesy, cleanliness, catering and service.
- To fairly describe to all
visitors and prospective visitors the amenities, facilities and services which
they provide.
- To make clear to visitors
exactly what is included in the quoted prices.
- In the unlikely event of any
change of accommodation after booking, the replacement shall be of a standard
at least as good as that booked originally.
- To give each visitor, on
request, details of payment due and a receipt if required.
- To deal promptly and courteously
with all enquiries, reservations, correspondence and complaints from
visitors.
